大型薄膜型LNG运输船液货舱惰化工况仿真分析

摘要:
以大型液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG)船的液货舱为研究对象,利用COMSOL软件建立其仿真模型,并利用LNG船实船气试数据对该模型的可靠性进行验证。研究结果表明:在进行LNG船液货舱气体置换时,进口氮气的流速越快,完成气体置换所需时间越短;提高进口氮气流速对缩短置换时间的效果随流速的增加逐渐减弱;随着进口氮气流速的增加,完成气体置换需消耗的氮气量先减少后增加。综合考虑气体置换所需时间和氮气量,推荐氮气进口流速为10 m/s,此时液货舱完成气体置换所需时间为20.1 h,消耗氮气总量为105.2 t。

Simulation Analysis of Inerting Conditions in Liquid Cargo Tanks of Large Membrane LNG Carriers

Abstract:
Taking the cargo hold of a large Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) carrier as the research object, a simulation model was established using COMSOL software, and the reliability of the model was verified using the actual gas trial result of the ship. The research results indicate that the faster the flow rate of imported nitrogen gas during gas replacement in LNG cargo tanks, the shorter the time required to complete the gas replacement. The effect of increasing the flow rate of imported nitrogen on shortening the displacement time gradually weakens with the increase of flow rate. As the flow rate of imported nitrogen increases, the amount of nitrogen required to complete gas replacement first decreases and then increases. Taking into account the time required for gas replacement and the amount of nitrogen, it is recommended to have a nitrogen inlet flow rate of 10 m/s. At this time, the time required to complete gas replacement in the cargo tank is 20.1 hours, and the total nitrogen consumption is 105.2 tons.
